20 Acre Briggs Creek Placer Claim – $6500
Legal to dredge and High economic potential. This 20 acre claim covers about 700 feet of Briggs Creek and 1500 feet of Onion Creek. Both creeks have a reputation of producing big gold and lots of it. My test pans have shown rich values from the surface to the bedrock. Some single pans out of the tree roots have shown a dozen or more pickers. Both creeks are large enough to support any sized dredge year around.
This claim is very isolated and is ideal for someone in good health and is looking for total privacy. The claim is accessed by a mild 4×4 road and a well established 1 mile walking trail which drops 600 feet over the course of 1 mile.
