• Downstream Boundary: 44.8770 N; 117.2493 W
• Upstream Boundary: 44.8840 N; 117.2552 W
• You are free to sample the claim with non-motorized equipment. For directions via google maps to the claim CLICK HERE These directions will lead to a cattle guard in the road and an orange claim sign.  This is the downstream boundary of the claim bundle. If you drive up the road about 1500′ there will be a blue claim sign on the creek side of the road. This marks roughly halfway through the claim bundle. At about this point there is a dirt road going up the hill, this road leads to the large campsite. If you continue up the main road roughly 1700′ you will find another claim sign, this marks the upstream boundary of the claim bundle.

Water- Strong year around water.
Camping- Exceptional RV camping. The road to the primary camp site is a bit steep, so you may want to verify it is accessible in your RV.
Access- The claim is accessed by a 2wd gravel road.
How is the Gold?- Surface pans ranged from 3-30 colors per pan. Some pans contained fish scale sized flakes. We had no pans with zero gold.

This is a mining claim and a mining claim only. You do not own the land. You can mine and camp on the claim. This is not a homestead or a place to live. Upon completed payment you will receive A properly filed Quit Claim Deed transferring ownership of the claim to you. This document will be notarized, recorded at the county courthouse, recorded with the BLM, and mailed to you. This process can take between 15-45 days. However, you will have access to the claim immediately. We cover all fees and do all of the work associated in transferring the claim over to you. The claim is yours forever as long as you pay a yearly $200 fee to the BLM.
