Cow Creek, Douglas County Oregon
Very few Oregon prospectors have not heard of Cow Creek. This “Creek” is more like a small river and has plenty of water year around. The gold here is plentiful, easy to find, and there is no shortage of “picker flakes” on our 80 acres of Cow Creek claims.

East Fork Illinois River
The East Fork of the Illinois River drains the mineral rich hills on the Oregon-California border, cutting through numerous rich gold and copper lodes, including those worked at the Shadro Mine and the Bee Quartz Mine in Del Norte County. Crossing the state line, the river enters into a half mile wide mountain valley as the river heads northward into Josephine County on the Oregon side. The gold on this claim is fine but consistent and plentiful. Camping is exceptional and access is year around in any vehicle.
