- You are free to sample the claim with non-motorized equipment. For directions via google maps CLICK HERE These directions will bring you to a fork in the road. At this point take the right-hand fork (it will be going downhill). Follow this road for about .3 miles until you see a claim sign labeled “Brush Creek A”. This sign marks the downstream boundary of the claim. NOTE: These claims are located in remote wilderness. You should only travel to them if you are comfortable with navigating in the forest and are familiar with using GPS coordinates.

How is the Gold?- The gold on Brush Creek is rather extraordinary and locally Brush Creek is known as one of the richest creeks in the area. The gold is large and multi-ounce nuggets are not unheard of in this creek even in modern times. The gold pictured below was found on a claim downstream but is representative of the gold you can expect on this claim.
In our opinion this claim offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to operate a small-scale dredging or highbanking operation. Your individual results will be determined by your effort, experience, and equipment. Brush Creek is proven to contain profitable amounts of large chunky gold, but it is up to you to learn how to find it and to put in the effort to get it.
This is a mining claim and a mining claim only. You do not own the land. You can mine and camp on the claim. This is not a homestead or a place to live. Upon completed payment you will receive A properly filed Quit Claim Deed transferring ownership of the claim to you. This document will be notarized, recorded at the county courthouse, recorded with the BLM, and mailed to you. This process can take between 15-45 days. However, you will have access to the claim immediately. We cover all fees and do all of the work associated in transferring the claim over to you. The claim is yours forever as long as you pay a yearly $200 fee to the BLM.
